Wallet365 is an service initiated by the Times Group. This is an Online Payment Service just like paypal.

In their words:

It lets you pay anyone, anywhere. It lets you shop online and even receive money. All you need is an email ID. It secures you from the dangers of online credit card fraud.

Well this kind of system is usefull to those who fear to provide their credit card numbers in the Internet.

Anyway I think Wallet365 is totally failed although concept is good. I can tell this as I have used it.

its online payment option ...u can hire that if u trade online...mens either sale or buying...being indiatimes u can trust
