I would say it is a toss up as to which party makes a better case. If anything I would give the edge to the Republicans. The Republicans have proven almost beyond a shadow of a doubt why they should not continue to run the country. They have created far more problems than they have solved in the past six years. In fact, I can not think of one significant problem facing American they have solved in six years. But I can think of many they have caused, Iran, Iran, North Korea, failed in the war with Afganistan, the national debt is exploding, immigration, corruption, energy crisis, health care costs exploding, higher education costs exploding, "no child left behind" under funded and failing; the country if very little safer than before 9/11 and argueably in greater danger, we have almost lost as many American lives in Iraq as in 9/11, in fact probably more if we knew the number of American civilians killed in Iraq, and the list goes on and on.

I have to go with the Democrats on this. The Republicans have not impressed me much recently. The Democrats consistently scare me.

I agree that the democrats aren't going to march in and fix everything that is going wrong in the country.

But I favor voting the Republicans out because they don't even recognize the problems. Or, ad least they don't admit to them.

Just keep changing parties back and forth until there's a new option or one of them decides the country's needs are more important than their party's needs.

The best argument is that one party facist regimes work best for American democracy. Now that they've tried it, not even a Republican will agree with that (at least the thinking Republicans don't).
