I tried to stop this short, obese, 6th grader (who's been left back to do the fact he does nothing in class but talk, disturb and bully others).
He will use his weight to push past a teacher or a security guard if you attempt to stop him from doing what he wants to do.
Mentally, he's retarded. A PC term might be "learning challenged" or "special needs" but basically, he refuses to work and since he's in middle school the school can't just kick him out.

I have had plenty of problems with him - as well as every other teacher he has. When I recently attempted to stop him from misbehaving, he raised a fist to me.

At that point, I knelt down and spoke to him in his ear whispering:

LISTEN TO ME, DON'T EVEN EVER THINK OF HITTING ME - cause if you do - I WILL LOSE MY JOB AFTER I'VE KILLED YOU.

How would you handle this situation?
The A.P's and DEAN are just building a paper trail on him so they can pass him onto another school in the so called "pass the trash" system.

I do not know what state you are from, but we do not let kids remain in classrooms disrupting the teaching of other children. The Other Children Have Rights Too!! We have home-bound, the child remains home and a teacher comes to him. ( if he is a danger to you and the other children, he is a law suit waiting to happen. ) In my state I had a middle school child Arrested ! not suspend, because he had a history of hitting people. I'm sure there is an assult law in your state. No one has a right to put their hands on you, no matter what the age!!
Please tell the other children have their parents complain, The Board of Education will not stand for it.

Honestly, although I understand how you might be extremely frustrated by this particular child, I am quite apalled to learn that 1) you consider this child a piece of trash and 2) that you threatened his life in an intimate conversation with him. Perhaps you need to speak with the principal and let them know that your judgment is being affected by this students behaviour, which I might reiterate, is not his fault if he is delayed (mentally or physically) in some way. In addition, no child is trash. You are in a position of trust, one which has a direct impact on personal development; I would hate to think that your ignorance and negativity are shaping the way someone builds their self concept or determines who they are in this world. If you truly feel this way, you should get out of teaching and do something else.

Your school should have special education teachers, who have been formally trained in both psychology as well as the education part of their cirricula and thus, would be better prepared to handle this situation than you are. For the benefit of this particular student as well as for your own professional protection, I suggest that you remove yourself from this situation before it becomes worse. And I would hope at some point that you adhere to some form of ethical training and do not lay even one finger on this child.

Since he's so rapid and has well peak and measurement for his age he will have to without doubt be a decent finish. The tight finish role is customarily two or three inches taller than the ordinary vast receiver and weighs extra. Tight ends are flexible and will seize the ball out of the again discipline and too can block for the quarter again on exact performs. I wish this is helping!

this is really a difficult situation. and i have observed in general that students -teacher relation is no more nice with some exception,it happens when education is imposed and students actually don't have tendency to learn really.
worst part is that because of some rowdy students, other students too suffer.
my suggestion will be call his parents ,explain them and involve principal in this matter or just wait till he is sent to some other place.

Report him to the governing board, then the school commission, talk to your union rep. Too much of this passing the trash occurs in our school system. No one wants to take the responsibility for these children. I was told to wait till he seriously hurts someone then maybe they would call it assault and the police could step in. Pretty bad, right?
