A CD has about 650 meg if it is full. That means an 80G ipod (80000 meg) holds about 123 CDs and a 30G ipod (30000) holds about 46. It is just arithmetic.

If the CD has music on it and is not completely full you can get more music CDs into the IPOD. Think 1 meg of music per minute and do that arithmetic.
