Musketeer is a great idea for 3 friends - and really easy. Make a simple tunic from some fabric & paint or sew a design on it, find a fake sword, and a hat with feathers and you're done. If you can, add some frills at the neck, wrist & some boots with fabric frill or top overlap.

You are asking what to wear as the Three Musketeers.
Personally, I would wear a sword each,
but wrap yourselves in aluminum foil,
and go as candy bars...it will be funny.
The 3 Musketeers!!!!
Take some of those little halloween bars
and hand them out to those who like your costumes.
