Any person on earth whom happens to have a "brown" appearance in skin tone.

i.e: An "pale" person in skin tone (considered "white" people) "tanning" down will become "brown" since "tan" is a derivative of the color brown.

Although I've seen some "tan" incorrectly giving off an "orange" appearance as well.

Hope this helps!

being multi-cultural, arab and european i was considered many things. brown was not one of them, however. i think that was reserved for the central and south american native citizens. as hispanic is a mix of the native and Spanish (european). Latin is or was spoken in eruope (language central to areas surrounding Rome), too. So it originates in europe and would be a mix of the natives with it seems Italian.?? that doesn't sound right now does it cause they are spanish speaking??? gosh... let's just say what does it matter? are they a person? yes. do they breath, think, eat and love others? yes.. so what their earth suit is doesn't really seem important now does it really?

I don't understand the "color" thing. If this is a comparison based on the color wheel. I am brown. I am African American too. I have seen some people whose skin color are close to black just as some pale people are close to white. Most of my Caucasian or European American friends are closer to "pink".

They are of many different nationalities and/or ethnicities. Those basic categories come from the system of separating people by skin and ethnicity. When in actuality is just anyone who is literally(any shade of) brown in skin color.
