well, if its semi formal could u wear like a skirt with a dressy top?.. It's cold here.. and what I would do if I was u ..would be to wear a super cute short skirt.. with a not too dressy top.. and ugg boots.. (or look-a-like-ugg-boots) lol! and if u HAVE to wear a dress wear a 'little black dress' and wear colorful, but not-too-over-the-top accessories.. wear your hair down and curled.. or up and styled.. hope I helped:D
