Not usually. There *may* be the case where one has but right now I;m unaware of it. Usually one sex or both in a hermaphrodite is sterile or has been removed by the doctor when the baby was small..

This is biologically impossible since hermaphroditic people are sterile. Hermaphrodites possess PARTS of both sexes, but not complete sets of both. Therefore, say for example a person has a female womb but male external genetalia, reproduction would be impossible becuase there would be no entry way to fertilize the womb. Also, vice versa. If a person had female external genetalia but male internal organs, again, there would be no womb to carry a child. Do us a favor...read a biology book, or have your parents go over the birds and the bees with you again.

"Typically, in hermaphrodites belonging to a species in which hermaphroditism is not the norm (humans, for example), reproduction is not possible, but there are some instances in which sperm or ova are capable of conceiving offspring. On very rare occasions, such a hermaphrodite can even impregnate itself, but this will result in complications, such as the offspring having identical DNA to its parent."

No. They have both genitalia, but not both sets of reproductive organs.
