depends on who your service provider is.. i worked for orange (PAY?GO) and we couldnt do specific numbers, but contract could.. call your service provider, am sure they will help..

most service providers offer that feature, but it is phone dependent too. check your phone manual, and then call customer service to confirm with your network

yes u can bar one number......check if you have caller reject and add it to your list of blocked numbers
