Why the double standard for gay guys and lesbians?

The most loud and vocal morons that gotta make sure everyone knows how much they hate "f@gs" are the same ones who will cheer and hoot and hollar at two drunk chicks making out at a party or whatever. How can you be that big of a jack@ss, if you can't even be bothered to feel consistently across the board? That means, if you're gonna overrun your mouth abut "f@gs", you gotta be against those hot "bi" chicks, too.

Or is it only "wrong" if it doesn't give these f**ktards a "pup-tent"? I realize there are women who are the opposite, against lesbians, but women are not generally loud or violent, like males. It's not the same thing.

That is retarded. Personal preference is a lighthearted subject. After all, you might not like to see ugly people making out, but you don't blow it out of proportion and make this huge deal about them being wrong. Once you start going overboard and getting loud and/or vocal about how it's "wrong" or a "sick perversion" that they are trying to force on you...Once you do that, you have left the arena of a this being a simple issue of personal preference.

At that point, you're turning it into a discussion that requires thought and backing up your statements. At that point, holding double standards hurts your side of the arguement.

People who are so obsessed with things sexual that they are moved to hatred because of other people's choices tend to be more animal than human already, in my opinion. Stop focussing on it yourself, and don't expect higher brain function from people who are more ruled by mating instinct than they are by reason.

Yeah, it's just more pleasing to watch hot chicks go at it and it's hard to watch ugly chicks or two guys. That doesn't mean it's right but that's the way it is. I wish people would get over hating gay people, but that may take another 50 or so years, but it will happen eventually.

That being said, ever notice when they talk about gay marriage on TV they always show pictures of two guys or they get the ugliest lesbians they can find? If they would only show hot lesbians on the news when talking about gay marriage maybe it would help the cause.

The key to your question is after they drink beer, I do not like watching women in public making out or guys for that matter, some people do gay things like let a guy have oral sex with him and nothing in return, so they think they are straight, but no they are gay and I would say these people are the gay haters, because they do not want to be found out

In answer to your question though, who said homophobes had to be rational or unbiased? If you are str8, two guys are not going to do much for you, two girls will probably give you a smile.

In fairness, though, I know plenty of gay guys who are not the most tolerant of other folks too.

There are a LOT more bi-guys around than will ever have the courage to admit it, often they are ashamed of their own feelings - and verbally / physically lash out at others who are more balanced about themselves.

VERY few homophobes beat up self-hating gay men, they nearly always lash out at the one who seem to be getting on with their lives.

Look around at homophobes you know, how many are well adjusted, happily attached folks with a reasonable job and lifestyle? ANY of them?!?

Everyone is welcome to do what they want with who they want...I just don't want to watch any of it. Watching others snog, regardless of gender or sexuality, doesn't do it for me. I wanna be the one getting kissed!
As for your pointing out the double standard? You are VERY right. If you're gonna say one is right the other ipso facto is also correct. and if one is wrong then the other should be too.
