All you need to do is find someone with recording equipment so you can make yourself a demo. (My husband does this so I see people in your situation all the time.) Once you get a demo, promote yourself all over! Myspace, Acidplanet, anywhere you can upload your music for others to hear. If people really like it you can start selling your own music at your own price to friends of friends, neighbors, co-workers, classmates, etc..The more you put yourself out there the better. Depending on the type of music you may also inquire at local clubs/bars about doing live shows to get your name out.

Work with a professional vocal coach. After you have done this, find a reputable agent. Most GOOD agents wont make you pay anything to them before they find you work. Look to pay about 30% of your earnings to an agent starting out.

Why can't you start a music band in your school.
here may be other players of musical instruments.
You can join together an practice.
Make a CD or VIDIO and play it with the school friends.
Ask their openion and go on-------- non stop till you are perfect.

If you can really sing you might want top try out for the next season of American idol because you are old enough to try out for it so that might be one your choices if not that's not one then you might want to try singing contests.
