is this against public health and safety/enveritomental health also. why do we pay council tax which covers this servide? when the council can charge you if your bin is to full? is it just me or has the world gone crazy!!!!

to wanda. i do not buy wastful products. i can not do compost ect. i live in the city,in an apartment which i love and love living in the city. so i cannot do compost no garden. i do not drive a car. i use public transport. i do recycle.it sounds like you live in the country. this policy affects the countryside too. please do tell me all people in the c/side recycle,use compost.they do not. i lived in the real counrtyside for more than 25 years. i hated it. thats why i live in the city.
