I would be delighted just to see him back in football in any capacity. His knowledge and expertise should not be wasted. Give him time to do some other things and spend time with the family. His passion for the game is too high to see him gone for good. He will be back in some capacity.

It depends on the players on the team, as much as it does
on the coach. If there is the right chemistry, it's possible.
You have to remember the core of the current French team is
aging and on the way out of the game, so it's not going to be for
a while before they can contend for the World Cup. I will say it
will be at least 8-12 years.

That would be great but not for many years. Zidane, himself, said he had a hard time talking to 23 guys all at the same time. He's better with kids right now since he doesn't need argumentative people around him. He is really enjoying his contract with Canal+ as a commentator.

i think that zidane won't get the chance to coach france. but if he does, then yes france is sure to win another world cup.
with his great mind, and skills to use as a coach, its surely a good combination and mixture for france to win.

hmm...well i think even though u are a great player u might not really translate into a great coach....i do admit that zizou is one of the greates footballers but i dont know abt his coaching skills coz we've never seen it....i think if they make zizou the coach of real madrid on an experimental basis and see what happens..then if he's successful then definitely they should appoint him as coach of France.

I think that you are absolutely correct. He would definitely do a much better job than the present coach has done!

Zidane is a punk who put his own anger and immaturity ahead of his team and his country. If he coaches France, they are sure to take on his personality and will be destined to also-ran status.

Are you insane? Great players rarely make for good coaches. Bar Beckenbauer, name me one great player who coached a World Cup winner?
