If the normal tire pressure of 175/70-14 tires is 33 lbs, what would be the correct pressure (the same?) if I change to 175/75-14 tires?

It will say on the side of the tire what is recomended.

Your cars owners manual will list this as well.

Optimal tire pressure will be located on a tag, as well as in the owner's manual. The tag is usually on one of the door jams, although I have also found it inside the glove box on some models.
It is always best (and safest) to use the recommended tire pressures given by the vehicle's manufacturer.
This is also true of the recommended tire sizes - especially true if your vehicle is equipped with ABS brakes or traction control or an electronic transmission - the processors which control these options are programmed for a certain vehicle speed at a certain RPM and gear ratio - differing the tire diameter significantly can alter the vehicle's actual speed in relation to the data being sent to the processors.
