For a used VTX1800T, try ebay, or look in your local papers.
For a new one, call you local dealer. They will usually work some kind of a deal with you. Something for you to think about before you start looking all over, most dealers sell for about the same price, you will want to deal with your local dealer because it's a long term relationship. They will be happier to take care of all your needs if you do business with them, and more likely to bend over backwards to help you if you are in an emergency type situation.

I found my '03 VTX 1800S on CycleTrader.com. I told my local dealer what price I had found and asked him to match it. He refused and I drove a couple hours north to purchase my bike for about $1500 less than the local guy had it listed. Hmmm, save $1500 and get to ride my new bike home...BONUS!!! Search you will find a good deal, and when you do you will love the 1800. Tons of modifications you can make to it, customize it and make it your very own.

Hi,

My favorite bike hunting spot is www.cycletrader.com. You can do a local, state wide or mileage search by make, year and price range. I've bought 3 great Yamaha's and love the site.

I hope you find what you want and will see you on the road!!

http://www.cycletrader.com/

Search, punch in your criteria and you will find it.
Same site offers links to shippers if you don't mind buying remote.

The VTX1800 is the flagship cruiser from Honda. Don't get frustrated if you have to wait to find a good used one.
