I have online friends, but my husband knows about them. For me its a fantasy life, I can flirt and talk, knowing its just for fun. You need to talk to her about this, ask her why she did it, explain to her how you feel. Maybe its something both of you could enjoy together, to spice things up some.

its not always like that as you think. its look like you are too busy in your work and you are not giving her enough time. its true you like her and honest to her, but ever thought that you are giving her plenty of time and space. if no then this situation is going to come, its quiet natural. women also looking for company of opposite sex as man. now try this.
first increase timings with her to sit and talk outings etc.
second change your routine and be romantic little more.
third ask her that she is good looking, etc..
all this thing sure will divert her from there.
still she is not changing, then u can talk about this directly but with politly, after all you are her husband, she will sure listen you.

yes because she cheated with her thoughts and its possible to lead to something else. Not thinking of you and how you would feel. Respect , Honor & Trust words that seem at times to be forgotten.

It depends on what kind of friend it was. Were they questions directed to her? Maybe it could've been a friend; but then again you should ask your wife before doing something stupid.

If she was hiding it from you and sharing innermost feelings with another person instead of you that is considered emotional cheating.

well...heres the solution...confront her and talk to her about it...if she gets up in arms over it and becomes secretive..then she may be up to more than just talking...better to find out then live a lie
