Not that I have ever seen browsing through every catalog on the web. The one stage machines just push a light snowfall out of the way. The two stage machines need a lot of power to take the lifted snow and throw it 50 feet away. I don't see a fan as capable of doing either of those jobs, from the standpoint of practicality.

I think there are large truck mounted ones (not home ones) that are used at some airports to clear a runway rapidly that include a fan in a unit that is mounted sideways across the front of a truck.

You the two build your individual fan out of a vehicle or airplane engine, or you purchase a snow making device. yet another approach is using pressurized air, in case you are able to build a tank great sufficient and fasten a huge sufficient compressor.
