Wow, 25? At 25 I was still going out with the girls and having fun. At 25, most women I know would like to perhaps have a boyfriend, but I am not sure they are dying to get married. I would think more women would start feeling their biological clock start ticking somewhere after 30.
I was married at 27. We waited several years to have kids because my husband was in grad school and we were not financially secure (are people ever?). But I now have two kids. In retrospect, I might have been nice to have kids earlier, but then I wouldn't have the two great kids I have.

It's only been very recently that the medical profession has decided that it's ok for women to have children later in life. Up till now 30-35 was the deadline. So if we are talking about going about that in the way god intended it, marriage first then kids. So yes by 25 the pressure is being put on to get these things done.

I guess some women feel that if they do not get married by a certain age they never will. I am a very late bloomer and got married for the first time last year (I am in my mid 40's)...of course I am newly divorced too! LOL
I thought that way once but I have changed my mind on that subject...there are some positive things about age in that it helps put things into perspective for you and life is not as urgent as it once was...

"A got married at my 32. What different it made?"
Do you REALLY expect me to answer your question???
Well, some women want to get a career before getting married. But by 25, there are other women who think they shouldve had children and gotten married at least by that time and feel like they're "behind" in that way.

Some women feel that society is judging them by whether they are married w/ kids or not by the age of 30. At 25 their clock is ticking and they want to do something about it.

In fact, with increase in age, the chances of getting married and having kids start decreasing. As you know that many women, after 40 years of age, tend to be less productive or fertitly attribute start declining. Therefore most of us wish to get married b4 25. Morover, emotional age is at the beginning point and decreases at the ending point.
For men, in most of the cases its not an issue. A man usualy remains productive. May be less productive after 60 or 70 years of his age.
