you can only do that yourself:you can protest that they used improper language in the answer to you.
So once you receive one of those Italian messages you can react.Did not have a violation yet:are you online now?

HEY that happened to me this morning to, I tried to write to them about it and got SYNTAX ERROR, duh noshit, it ain't English dumbasses.
