Probably not, since the entire Ultimate FF could only manage a standoff with Ultimate Namor- and that was WITH the human torch using fire to weaken him, and Sue's force fields... I'd say the Ultimate Thing is a 3-1 longshot in that fight.
It would be one helluva battle, since we're talkin two of the heaviest hitters in the Ultimate universe.

Ultimate Thing was tossed around But Ultimate Submariner in the short fight they had.... and is U. Subby got really serieous it'd be over before it began.
