it doesn't matter as long as they fix the right dink the right way and are good listeners that all any body wants, really a goo drink should solve the problem with this issue!

Either way works and I'll show you why:

(Male Bartender) - some guys will perfer male bartenders because its easier to start a conversation with another guy than an attractive female. Females will like male bartenders as well (usually)

(Female Bartender) - If you have a female bartender and she isnt easilly offended and can joke with the guys, this usually brings in the bacon. Lady drinkers will often make conversations with the female bartenders and the guys will have a great time.

From experiance from my Dad's bar... He uses a male bartender and female servers. However, we've had female bartenders as well. Its about 50/50 but sporting events ALWAYS go with the girl.

It doesn't matter. Many years ago, bartenders were all men. It was a trade that they took seriously. They knew the right way to mix a drink. Most bartenders today know very few drinks, Most of their work is opening bottles of beer and serving it, hardly a skill. The male bartender of yesterday was also the local gossip and resident psychologist. A bar used to be a place where friends got together to unwind after a hard day. Nowadays, it's a place to pick up opposites (also like).

If you want more and more women and men as well to come. Then I as a female say hire a male bartender. For some reason they tend to make us females welcome as well as the men. I have been many many place where a female bartender practically ignored me because I wasn't a male and I certainly did not feel welcome. I have never had a male bartender make me as a woman feel unwelcome. Really the men can relate to a male bartender as well as a female bartender. I vote as a woman says go with a male . Good luck

This one is easy. Female Bartenders are better. Most the drinks women at the bar are bringing to their lips are bought by guys.

Female bartenders would mostly (I presume) be rude.... and lewd.

I'd rather prefer a male and I am not gay.
I am all for the bargirls... though
