Well, It depends on what age group you're asking. For me, these would be my favourite choices:
* I live in Canada, so in brackets I've put the station that each show airs on. Also, I'm only putting down shows that air on TV right now, not ones from times before.

- Bromwell High (Teltoon)
- Danny Phantom (YTV)
- Fairly Odd Parents (YTV)
- Totally Spies! (Teletoon)
- Delilah and Julius (Teletoon)
- Futurama (Teletoon)
Best Anime (on tv at the moment)
- Naruto (Watch japanese version on the internet but it does show on YTV)
- Bleach (Watch japanese version on the internet but it does show on YTV)
- Witch Hunter Robin (YTV)

The Simpsons are a classic, but the THE BEST is still South Park. Those guys, Trey and Matt, put out some seriously funny and cutting edge stuff!

I really like The Venture Brothers.
Also, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends is a great catroon for all ages. Its truly bizzare, and delightful to watch.

Cartoon Networks [adult swim] keeps fiddling with their lineup but they have the best Anime available on expanded basic cable.
