Yes I have quite a few little ones, but I have a larger birth mark the side of my right thigh--birth marks rock since they are "kisses from angels." :)

Outside of my right calf - it was a perfect oval when I wa a kid, but now it's like a splotch of freckles
my 7-year-old has a small spot in the same place.

Yes one is on my ankle. It is pink and looks like tiny lips. Looks as if something has kissed me on the ankle.It's tiny less then a 1/2 inch long.
