It is called weather and it happens whether you sing or not.
To check that out try stopping-singing during the rain and see if it stops as soon as you do.

Think of it this way, why wouldn't it rain when you sing? I wish it would rain when i sing. I love singing in the rain!

Rain is caused by people opening umbrellas and drivers turning on windshield wipers. Not by you singing. Yours is just a coincidence.
