You could have them go as 12 little maids in a row from the Christmas carol, "A partridge in a pear tree".

Try making your own. You could sew together some stuff and see what you come up with.

Dress her in black, make a pretty sparkly collar and some cat ears and she can be a black cat...don't forget a tail.
