I don't know how many, but I know the best one-- in an early appearance of Doc Ock, he called Spider Man "Super Man" and nobody caught it in time before it went to the printer-- and Marvel acknowledged the mistake in an issue of What Th--?
Boy were their faces red! I sure hope the first lawyer from DC to write in about it got a 'No Prize'...!
