I don't think this question is racist. To me, racist is a person being negative against another race.
Your question may be however, a little prejudice. Prejudice towards your own child, as any mother would be!
I agree with you. All children are beautiful. And its truly a shame that we live in a society that would judge an Innocent Child by the color of their skin.
