i've done a whole bunch of acting in plays and stuff and also i really need an agent but i dont no how in the world how 2 get one!!! i also sing and dance, i was thinking i could send my plays to agents or disney channel? please help

Buy the daily Variety newspaper. It's the easiest way to read up on where open call auditions are held.
Another sure bet would be to actually go and get an agent who can send you out on the auditions and get you started with a resume and photos...BUT, be very careful when choosing an agent, get someone reputable who will NEVER ask you for money. the only money you should ever have to pay upfront is the cost of the photos/head shots.
Thirdly, go to the Disney studios. They are located in Orlando and in Los Angeles. Now, if you don't live close to either these two areas or NY, you may have a problem. If you go on any audition that may be held in your local area for a big corporation like Disney, and they like you, you WILL be expected to travel to their studios. Will this be possible for you?
And last...have you ever done ANY acting before? Whether it be in school plays or communtiy theater? If not, start there first, and that will give you not only some valuable experience, but it will also be something to put on your resume.

BEFORE anything make sure to have an agent. You can't just ask Disney for a part of something in that area. The agent finds you jobs.
The only alternative are the reality shows or something to that extent. The kid of hannah montana is from my small town and he's on the disney channel because of an AGENT!

You may first need to take acting lessons before wanting to go on a show. Yiu may need classes like at John Robert Powers or Barbizon, and then you can audition and act as how you want to! ^_^
