eat lots of "vitamin A" ...may help u a loot..n then sum drops r available 2 keep the eye better but then...u can't strain ur eye much!!..thtz y ppl opt for spex

I have used spec savers for ages now and they are great, very friendly & helpful tooo & the cost of your specs is a lot less than other opticians + you get an after sales service

I had a raw deal with spec savers and would not use them again.

spec savers are good value as you pay the price you see no hidden extras ...but you have to wait up to a week for them it just depends how quickly you want them

Not many Walmarts in the UK. Have used Specsavers pesonally for a good many years. Find them the best for eye tesys, (am diabetic), and economically priced.

go to opticians and get your prescription. Go online and buy your glasses,have had some great deals with designer frames.I personally would never buy from the high street again.

go round several and look at the frames .if you find one you like have your eyes tested there
all optitions are qualified so price and frames is the way to choose

I find Walmart has very competitive prices and good eye doctors.
