Sweetheart don't worry about it. It is completely normal for a girl of 15 to not start yet. Especially if you are really active in sports. There is absolutely nothing wrong with you and trust me sooner or later you will start. Just enjoy the time you have right now period free. Once it starts you are stuck with it til your fifties or so. Just relax and it will come. You don't need to see a doctor but talking to your mom about it might make you feel better. Let her know how worried and concerned you are that way she doesn't just say it will come and send you on your way.

I know that a lot of girls now a days get their periods early. I didn't until I was 16 (thank God) and my daughter was the same. It's probably genetic. But don't worry, if you're not in some kind of pain.
The older you are when you start, it seems the younger you will look all your life. This is a great gift, When you are 40, you will look 30! Isn't that great? So don't be in a hurry to catch up with your friends. There are many advantages to starting later, you will find this as you get older.

Most likely nothing is wrong. My next door neighbor's daughter is 16 and is only starting to have some spotting. You might want to go to a doctor to have your hormone levels tested so that they can see if there is a problem in that area. They may want to give you some kind of hormone booster to get you going. Don't worry. You will have lots of babies!

My daughter didn't start her periods until she was 16 and I know of girls older than that, so don't worry. Worrying can delay things as can being under weight but , just to put your mind at rest go to the doctor. There is nothing to be embarrassed about so go on.

Dont get upset- you just didnt go through puberty yet. Go to your doctor or free clinic and explain to them that you havent gotten your period yet at your age. They will just do a blood test to see if your hormones are okay- this is NORMAL and COMMON so dont worry.

Don't worry to much about your period. I didn't get mine until senior year and I was 17, but when my sister who is younger had it in 4 th grade. But if you think there is a problem , please go see a doctor. Its better to be safe then sorry.

Hey! Don't worry about it, it's normal. Some girls don't get theirs until they are 16. Carry a pad around with you so you're prepared for them when they do come.
