i know they are just "made up", but havent you ever wondered if they were real? and what the world would be like? almost as if they are with us right now?and what would you do if they were real?

I really dont know! I think its because humans want them to be the only person form thing (other than monkeys and apes) in the world to tell you the truth! Dont be a hater of other world beings! They got feelings to! I got a question for you tho...

Because no one has ever seen a "real" vampire. No one has a reason to believe monsters exist except through human creation for movies.
