Usually that type of pain is caused from a blockage of some kind, may I suggest a laxative?

I think it's called, ummm......pullythyheadouttayourbehind creme! After you use that, it is strongly recommended to refrain from any use of laxatives, and take two aspirins and call me in the morning!!
