I kind of like them, but you can't find anything really dressy there. I had to stop shopping there when I graduated hs.

I like AE. I think some of its clothing is cute and stylish, but they are kinda expensive. In general, I always only shop for things on sale/clearance (in any type of clothing store). But because they are kinda pricey, I usually buy my clothes from Gap or Old Navy. I have a closet full of their clothes, plus others like AE or Macy's. However, AE does have good sales sometimes and you can get their t-shirts real cheap. The odd thing with AE is that once it's on clearance for a certain price, they rarely reduce it any further like the way most stores would. It seems that they will try desparately to sell the item at that particular clearance price until it goes, instead of reducing it further so that it'll be sold faster. God knows that I would buy a lot more from AE if they continued reducing the price on clearance items. Well, that's my opinon on AE!

I love american eagle! theyree clothes are very stylish and I agree with people that say it can get pricy, cuz some of it can, but they DO have sales ya know! lol.. and plus the type of person I am, I'd pay like 200 bucks for a pair of jeans if I liked 'em! but anyways like I've said before.. I LOVE AMERICAN EAGLE!!!!

I think there clothes are extremely cute, but they are wa-a-a-a-y too expensive for me! Even there clearance items are like $30! IF you've never been there, you can get a good feel for the store at their website, ae.com.

1.thay sell clothes that are ripped.that was cool in the 90s
2.it cost too much.my brother bought 2 shirts,2 pairs of shorts and a belt and it was $190.IT SUCKS

I guess because I am an old fuddy duddy parent, they are over priced, and you are paying for the name, just like those other brand name stores.

Most of their clothes seem very cheaply made, which is not reflected in their prices.
