I have a friend and I feel as if our friendship is coming to an end, but tha's something I don't want. We've been friends ever since the 7th grade and now we're in the 9th grade. Since this year we haven't had a lot of time to talk at school, after, or over the phone. It seems as if she has already picked up some new friends, but I'm not paying any attention to that. All I want to do is save what's left of our friendship. So how do I go about this?

Very nice name. There will be many new friends in your life. Even some of the old ones you see again. Maybe in a different light. Not all friendships last, especially in middle school. You have lots of time to continue your friendship if the other person is still interested too. It does take two to make a friendship.

Sweety, Your Young, you will realize that in high school friends come and go, litterally they dont last. they swear they are good friends that wont leave you but then they forget about you later (trust me, I am not bitter because I dont miss my friends, I am just telling you the truth). If I was you, I would get the girls number, and talk to her about what I feel is happening to our friend ship since highschool in an adult manner, and ask her if she is looking towards reparing that friendship that you want with you or if she is just looking in another direction. Then leave it up to her. If she still treat you shady and want to put others before you then trust that she is not about anything (especially friendship with you which you cherished). Just know that what ever happens, you are not the first its happened to, EVERYONE goes through it...get a new girlfriend, and show her what she is missing in you if she gave up on you guys friendship!

Well, where I live, 9th grade is the first year of high school. When people start high school, it is almost guaranteed that you will not be friends with the people you were friends with back in junior high/elementary school. This is very normal, people start to discover who they really are when high school starts, and sometimes interests change. It sucks, it happened to me when I started high school a few years ago, but I met new friends. So, unfortunately, nothing can really be done. You just have to deal with it.
