My birthday is in November. My husband asked me what I would like. I flat out told him what I wanted...dinner and dancing ( not ballroom or anything fancy) just a night out. He simply ignored me and is trying to get me to either tell him something different or cause a fight so I dont get nothing. He even wants me to say its okay to get my windows tinted, an exhaust, or perhaps bigger and better speakers for my Rodeo. Guys I dont suggest to even suggest such things to a woman for her birthday or xmas. Car accesories and kitchenware are no nos.

Sounds like he doesn't like dancing. Cuz everyone likes to eat. If you're the only one that drives the Rodeo his working on it satisfies his need to work on it and gets you things done on it that you may not really want but it may bring you closer. Maybe that's how he shows you he loves you. Ask him what he wants for Christmas. Insist it's something that you would like too. Then ask him how that feels.

GIRL, I hear you! Kitchen wares unless specifically asked for are no gos! Just tell him that is what you really want and leave it at that .. I would ignore any other attempts to change your mind just don't say anything else :) if he suggests other things just say dinner and dancing..dinner and dancing..lol.. he will get annoyed and just do it ..:) good luck!

R U a scorpio? girl just use that little stinger at the end of your tail and remind that man not to mess with you I agree with pegasus revenge is a wonderful thearaputic thing for a bruised scorpio ego. Get him a make up kit for his birthday and a pair of high heels in your size. If he get you guy stuff you should get him girl stuff.

Maybe suggest going somewhere out of town where he couldn't possibly run into anyone he knows. If all else fails, leave him home on your birthday and go out with your girlfriends. Win/Win situation.

Forget his birthday from now on. Don't wish him any Happy Birthdays or buy him gifts. Let him fix his own dinner on his birthday and if he whines about it, remind him of his own failure to respect your birthday wishes.
