Do you think it's possible? To increase funding lost to the fact that many parents are opting to leave their son's penis intact, hospitals seem to have increased their unnecessary cesareans, and then blamed it on women who have taken doctors to court for injuries to them or their babies. It's like they said, you better not take us to court anymore or we'll decide just about everybody needs a cesarean. Do you think they'd really do that?

They could make up the money they're losing on less circumcision, by doing more cesareans. You think so?

Doctors like very much to cut things and to experiment on people. And they know people will believe their "reasons".
And when MONEY is involved EVERYRHING is possible!!!
So, I dont know for sure if it happnes that way, BUT IT IS POSSIBLE FOR SURE.

I hope not - what a trade-off - more mutilation of women to pay for less mutilation of baby boys! But I really doubt this is happening. Most doctors who do deliveries seem over-scheduled; I don't think they lack for income-producing work.

Worst case scenario is that at least the caesarians would be done to adult women, who could ask for a second opinion and maybe be assertive enough to hold out against the doctor's pressure. Baby boys have NO choice about having a piece of their penis chopped off!

What does a cesarean have to do with circumcision? I don't completely understand the question, however, I don't think everyone should have a cesarean section if it isn't necessary.
