Rebecca De Mornay! I've always imagined her as Narcissa Malfoy when reading the Harry Potter books. If you've seen her in her role as Lady Sabine DeWinter in Disney's 2003 version of "The Three Musketeers" you'd agree she'd be perfect. She is blond, beautiful, ruthless, and dangerous which also describes Narcissa Malfoy quite well. She even wore a Slytherin green gown in that role! I can just picture her by Lucius's side, with Draco standing in front of them; the ideal Pureblood family.
