I found this on a Rammstein chatroom:

"Rammstein is quite easily pronounced, just bear in mind that German is a very flat and hard language compared to English.

It would be "Rummshtine" . The "a" is pronounced like the "u" in "bus" or "luck".

The real difficulty though is the "r" at the beginning; if you pronounce it the American way the word would sound wrong in combination the "u" mentioned above. So if you're not capable of the German "r", just use "ah" like the first "a" in attack."

I'm not sure if it is correct, but since it was on the Rammstein chatroom, I figured it would be worth a shot. I hope this helps!

It just depends on the dialect of German in which you are asking the pronunciation.

rom-shtine was the pronunciation they used.

Rammstein is German so you have to pronounce it ram-chta-in! As a non-native english speaker it's hard to tell you exactly how to pronounce but this way it'll pretty much sound like it... :p
