Id disconnect the battery..make sure your garage aint got any varmits(mice,rodents,cats,..ect) they will get up in your motor for warmth during the winter...that could cause lots of problems.

make sure your garage is water tight (no leaks) also make sure that varmits dont have access to the garage.

id also put it under a car cover

Battery - I prefer a trickly charger, inexpensive, and would leave the battery in the car, risk leaking acid on car when extracting and putting back......just not necessary to remove. keep hood SLIGHTLY open, enough to route cord out and plug into wall. best for battery as well.

Tires - if you can invest in no flat spot chocks for corvettes. This is a piece of plastic, a form in the general shape of the outside f the tire. Pull car onto form, the tires maintain shape....presto....no flat spotting all winter. Make sure the pressure is right as well. See Ecklers catalog for quality product.

Preperation......Gas...add good qualtiy stabilzer. Oil...change after the winter storage as soon as you can. Interior - clean and prep...condition leather and plastic....Tires - armor all them....Paint...good cleaning and wax well...Then......cover the car as well as you can, do not need to be too fussy it is in an indoor garage.

Rodents.....they will raise holy hell with the car if you live in an area with rats and mice. place traps under car....five or six if this is a problem in your area. If not, do not as this will atteact them. Just check the car once a week or so for nests....inside engine compartment and, believe it or not, inside the car and under seats. Mice can get into the smallest crack and car builders have made it easier as they try to get better ventiliation into modern cars....a real pin.

Why not drive it? Are you worried that the road salt will rust out the fiberglass body? Besides what Mommy2... said, put a gasoline stabilizer in the fuel tank and run the motor to get all through the system.

i could do it beforehand storing it.sparkling oil does not have the acids and crap in it that ought to corrode your inner areas.when I saved mine I positioned some gasoline stabilizer interior the gasoline tank and pulled the plugs and shot some ask your self secret oil in each and every.this is going to help save the jewelry from sticking once you start up interior the spring.additionally a powerful theory to flush and fill the cooling device if this is been 2 years because of the fact it grew to become into accomplished.wish this helps.

why not if you feel the need put on blocks, but remember this do not wrap it up to keep the dust out or what have you to tight as not to permit air flow it could ruin it.
