Republicans are moving toward a Democratic Ticket. Under US laws, they still have the right not to reveal who they are voting for.

They should secretly vote for Democrats who have not fallen for the lies of George Bush and the Neoconservative thieves and murderers.

What "top Republicans"? Haven't heard anybody say anything close to that. Oh, I get it, You just made that up to get traction for Dems. That's like me saying that several top Democrats have come out in favor of banning abortions for any reason, anywhere. Yeah, right. The Democrats would have done nothing after 9-11 except whine and we'd have lost a stadium full of football fans by now, or maybe San Francisco. The Dems aren't gonna fix anything. They'll turn tail just like Clinton did after Mogadishu. Bush might have been right and he might have been wrong, but at least he did something, and if it doesn't work out over there, it's the fault of a bunch of crazy hate-filled Arabs who would rather slaughter each other than try and get along. I think Bush is totally surprised how much these Islamo-fascists really hate each other.

No offense, but are you out of your mind? Have you not noticed the hate filled answers you are getting from the republican respondents? Or is that compassionate conservatives? It is the small-minded people who spout such hate that endanger our country. To change would be the equivalent of admitting that stay the course is not working. Iraq cannot be fixed any better than Viet Nam could be fixed. The greatest military on the face of the earth cannot stand the thought that a group of people who do not want us there are beating the daylights out of our American military. We are clueless over there. We do not understand their mindset. We do not understand their culture, and we certainly don't understand that they do not want democracy, no matter how hard we try to shove it down their throats. Let's get the hell out of there, save some American lives, and let the "other" Americans say what they want. No matter when we leave Iraq will fall into utter chaos. Saddam was a complete tyrant, that however does not give America the right to impose our morals on them. He was never a threat to us. Our military kicked the crap out of his army in Desert Storm, the only reason we are there is oil. We did not "liberate" Iraq, we commited an act of war when we invaded. If Iraq had tried to "liberate" the U.S. wouldn't we consider it an act of war?

Oh God I love liberals. The mentality that you can say something enough times and it becomes true is hilarious. Keep saying it, "no place like home, no place like home" When will Dems start living in reality with the rest of us? So lets humor you. Which "top Republican" said which Demoncrat could "fix" Iraq? That's question one. Question two is what is this mystery mans master plan to "fix" Iraq. Or are they just keeping it secret until after the elections?

To answer your question: As soon as I think that higher taxes, unregulated immigration, gay marriage, and a weak military is a good idea I will start voting for democrats. As soon as I think its wise to put people in power who have no idea what to do about Iraq, social security, and foreign affairs I'll start voting democrat. Oh boy how November 7th is going to be a sad day. Feel free to answer my questions if you'd like. Oh you have no answers, you say. Your just being a liberal parrot repeating something you heard on MTV you say? Silence.......now go get the facts and come back and see me.

The fact of the matter is that no one can really "fix" Iraq. The war just has not gone to plan, the Dems might be able to straighten things up, who knows, but we cannot pull out or lose this war. Otherwise, we'll have more troubles on our hands. The war in Iraq has more to do with Iran then it does with Iraq.

What top Republicans say this? No intelligent Republican would vote for a Democrat thinking they could fix anything. They talk it to death, then only take a wimpy action if the polls indicate it would be a good idea. They have no guts!

Sure. Dems indeed can fix Iraq. same as they fixed Vietnam. Some 4 milion people died there after the Dems "fixed" it. And God only knows how many more died trying to leave that "fixed" country- remember the "boat people"?
And the place is still "fixed" with a totalitarian regime and slaves pretending to be citizens.
Yep, once the dems "fix" things, they sure stay "fixed"
