It sounds as if he has bumped his head... answering your question with how well your atats are seems lame... I don't know what you first question was but a 7% BA is not what I call being on the money... forget this and go on... hope this helps!!!

he meant that if 7% of your answers are chosen as "best answer" then you're really good at understanding and answering the problem most of the time

if you scroll your mouse over someones face you get some info on how long they have been on yahoo answers,it also tells you how many best answers they have received with a percentage,its good.i think this should answer your ?
