If you really want to know you have to travel to Haiti and speak with a Bokor. However you may encounter a little resistance. Bokors work in secret and dont like outsiders in thier buisness. Read the book "The Serpent and the Rainbow" by Wade Davis. The book is about his trips to try and find out what is in zombie powder. After you read that you probably will not want to find out.

There's an herbal mix that can give a person the appearance of a zombie. It is related to Voodoo, but good luck on finding the recipie.

Can you be more specific on what the purpose of the powder is? I don't care what you're up to with it, but I don't know any powders by those names and am wondering if maybe it's another name for a different powder recipe I know of.

Zombie powder is a two-part powder that "kills" your victim, then "resurrects" them and turns them a Zombie.
You will need:
Powder #1:
Pufferfish
Toad
Millipede
Human bone
Crush pufferfish, toad, millipede, and human bone into a fine powder.
Powder #2:
Angel s Trumpet
cashew
Heat angel s trumpet and cashew in water to make a tea. (do not boil)
Evaporate all water from tea until a wightish powder remains.
Procedure:
Blow a small amount of powder #1 into victims face, not killing them, but slowing their heart rate and disabling them.
After a few days, they will recover from powder #1, when this happens, blow powder #2 into your victims face.
Wait a few minutes, they are now a Zombie and they will listen to every command.
