I think we all need some privacy even if you are in a relationship or married. I do not think there is one thing wrong with that...When you get married you do not become Siamese twins joined at the hip...you had a life before your spouse and was an individual and you do not stop being an individual when you get married...to expect that of the other person would be wrong and unrealistic and could cause the marriage to fall apart. Keeping your own identity in essence cannot help but strengthen the marriage and relationship.

Well everyone needs some privacy,so maybe if your house is big enough, have your own little office in there and a tv to watch or play vidio games and watch football.OR if you have a garage and like to mess around with cars go in there put a jamin stero system and jam down.

uhh... i think i'll answer the first question. well..since you're a guy,. i'm not sure your wife will be too happy with that becuase it seems shady somewhat. in my opinion, if she's a jealous person she'll probably be pissed and think you're having an affair. if she's not jealous then she'll probably ask you what you would be doing..just to make sure it's not something bad. if she trusts you completely then she wont mind at all. if she doesn't give a f*** if you want privacy then..you're i trouble
hope this helps

Just because we are commited to someone doesn't mean we have to be joined at the hip... that is called being co-dependent when we live our lives so closing knotted up with another.
I hear ya!!! I love my alone time and time to be with my friend... being away from my partener helps me to enjoy the time when we are together... keeping seperate things and activities... is consider healthy and normal... who wants to be with someone that is like a cat hanging on a screen door... eventually it would get annoying... give me my space!!!

depends on the person....if it's for minor things then no big deal...if it's beacuse u need space for certain things, that's no big deal...but some couples are together 24/7 100% of the time...some aren't and both are happy...having your own privacy is not a big deal...just tell her why

I think everyone needs a little privancy,
married or not.We need a little time alone too.
We have to trust each other and respect their privancy if we want
a relationship to work..
But we shouldn't try to hide things from our partner either,
That is not being honest or respectful.
