According to www.xe.com
15,500,000.00 NGN (Nigeria Nairas)= 121,649.73 USD

1 NGN = 0.00784837 USD 1 USD = 127.415 NGN

Of course, the challenge is finding a bank or currency exchange in the USA that will buy Nigerian naira. The only currency exchange in North America that will buy Naira that I know of is in Canada, and they pay about 10% of the rate quoted above. I have what should be several hundred dollars worth in my possession right now that I would take 20% of that rate for.
