According to www.xe.com
15,500,000.00 NGN (Nigeria Nairas)= 121,649.73 USD
1 NGN = 0.00784837 USD 1 USD = 127.415 NGN
Of course, the challenge is finding a bank or currency exchange in the USA that will buy Nigerian naira. The only currency exchange in North America that will buy Naira that I know of is in Canada, and they pay about 10% of the rate quoted above. I have what should be several hundred dollars worth in my possession right now that I would take 20% of that rate for.

Faith is all. Even if people looked closely at the Constitution, the government can't back the dollar. Gold and Silver are the only legal tenders granted in the Constitution. Once the Dollar left the gold standard in the dust, it legally became worthless according to the law.
