You should have in your phone package that CD that says Nokia PC Suite. Intall it on your PC, then connect the phone to your PC via a data cable or a bluetooth adapter. Use the Nokia PC Suite application to transfer files to and from your phone.

Using the memory card reader is the best solution. You can download whatever you want with it. No need USB cable or any other parallel. I strongly believe at your place that stuff ( memory card reader ) cost you only a few bucks.

If you can access the web on your phne, can't you send yourself a pic and save it to your phone? I'm not that great when it comes to mobile phones-I still carry my aqua blue princess rotary dial phone in my pocket!
