Disagree.

What if there are 1000 people in town and only 5 fools? Thats not a majority of the town...

..HOWEVER it could be considered as having a majority of the fools, it would even be considered unanimous.

Frank Dane said," Get the fools on your side and you can be elected to anything". Gerald Barzan said," You don't have to fool all the people all the time, you just have to fool enough to get elected". Anatole France said, " If A million people believe a foolish thing, it's still a foolish thing". AND MY FAVORITE:::::: Benjamin Franklin said, "Any fool can criticize, condemn, and complain and most of them do".

You have at least the majority of fools ,whether you have a majority of citizens depends on the number of fools in town.

Yes you do, it doesnt take brains to be of voting age.

That is our system. The scholar or spiritaul guru's vote is woth the same as the idiot's. In fact, that being the case deters alot of the intellectual votes. If I'm gonna win, I'll appeal to the idiots! Thats what Bush did and he is in!

That's a great analogy of the liberal arguments. They think that success is determined by how many people like you.

EDIT* Please tell 'Tom'(see above) that the words 'occur' and 'accrue' are very different, and have very different meanings. Of course, he would argue, that my point doesn't make many friends. And popularity contests are what this world is all about.

Funny, how so many, know so little.
