Kato. In China, they use to call it the Kato Show because Bruce Lee was so good in it. He was also the man who came up with the idea for the show "Kung Fu" though he never appeared on the show. His Son Brandon did appear in a made for television movie, however, as Chang's son.

Remember it well - it ran for only one season, and was spun off from the "Batman" series starring Adam West (the pilot episode was Batman and the Gren Hornet battling each other while battling the same foe). Bruce Lee did indeed play the Hornet's chauffer, Kato - he got the role by demonstrating his martial arts expertise during his audition, which wasn't even a factor in the character until Lee added it - poor ratings and parental concerns about violence led to the show's demise.
(side note - Quentin Tarantino used the theme music from the series in Vol. 1 of "Kill Bill" - the scene in which The Bride arrives in Tokyo for her showdown with O-Ren Ishii.)
