Hey I'm 'The Inner Eye' here !!!
Inner eyes are eyes through which my mind can see the outer world. Inner eyes can see all these things that are invisible to eyes. To me, inner eye is our feeling of perception. U know our eyes can only percept seven colors of rainbow, but our inner-eyes can percept all colors of life ... touching the deeper bottom-core of our hearts, invading through layer-by-layer.

When two persons are quarelling. There will be sides or stands. First one is of first persons side. Second is of second persons stand. and the third one will be the Real Side.
Outer Eye can only see that they are quarelling.
Inner Eye can understand the whole situation..
Outer Eye is for seeing. Whereas Inner Eye is for Judging.
Well as we say Inner Beauty is more important than Outer beauty.

Your inner eye is the one that sees truth even when you can't rationally explain it. It's like people who know they can or cannot trust another the first time you meet them. Have you ever met anyone and they just kinda gave you the heebyjeebies? That's your inner eye saying not to trust them. You know those stories of people refusing to get onto planes that later crash? That's their inner eye. It's what you see when you look inside another, or see beyond this world.
