When you die, your body falls down dead and your "spirit" resurrects at the nearest graveyard area. You then have two choices:
you can use the spirit healer to ressurrect your body at the graveyard, which will get you a varying amount of time in "resurrection sickness" - cripplingly negative values to each of your stats, you pretty much have to wait until it wears off before you can fight again. Your equipped items also lose durability points, meaning they will have to be repaired quicker.
OR
you can (in spirit form) run back to where your body died, and ressurrect there. If you do that, you will not get ressurection sickness and you lose much less durability to your equipped items.
You can't do anything in spirit form other than find your body or talk to the spirit healer, and other players can't see you unless they are also in spirit form. You do not lose any items or currency.

You spawn as a 'ghost' at a graveyard and you have to run back to your corpse. Don't worry, you wont lose any money or armour. You will however, suffer a 10% durability loss with your armour, so you'll have to go repair at a blacksmith. If you cant find your corpse or you're too lazy, you can ask the spirit healer (cant miss her, big angel in the middle of the graveyard) to revive you at the graveyard where you'll suffer a 25% durability loss and all of your stats are reduced by 75% for ten minutes. This is called 'Ressurection Sickness'. You'll have to wait ten minutes for this sickness to wear off.

You just lose 10% durability on your equipped items and have to make a Spirit run to your body. If you're lazy to run to your body or if your body is pretty much unattainable, you can talk tot he Spirit Healer at the Graveyard you are at and resurrect there.
But u will get a 25% durability loss and will get a Debuff that makes you as weak as a kitten for 10 minutes

You lose 10% durability on the items you are wearing and it then costs you Gold to get it repaired.
The only other thing is you have to walk back to your body from the graveyard and sometimes this takes a good 4-5 mins.
