I am retired and live in a nice neighborhood with all the conveniences within walking distance. I am not proud of the fact but I had a DUI about two years ago. I wrecked my vehcile but thank god I was the only one involved. So, I don't own a vehicle or drive anymore. I don't trust myself because I still have a drink or two. I cannot seem to kick that habit. Therefore, I use a taxi about three times a month. For everything else I walk. Works for me.
